Our Story

DxLogic started in 2006 as an engineering services company — building custom software for businesses that needed real solutions, not off-the-shelf products. Over the years, we pivoted deep into healthcare, spending nearly two decades building systems for diagnostic labs, pathology networks, and clinical operations.

We led LIMS implementations, built integration pipelines, and automated workflows for some of the largest lab networks in the country. 200+ implementations, $100M+ in documented client savings, and a team that writes code instead of slide decks.

Now we're bringing that same engineering DNA to a bigger mission: helping businesses across every industry capitalize on AI. Why "DxLogic"?

Dx stands for Data Exchange — the core of what we do. Every business runs on data moving between systems, people, and processes. Most of that movement is still manual: copy-paste, re-keying, emailing spreadsheets, printing and scanning.

Logic is what we add. We take those chaotic data flows and build intelligent workflows around them — rules, validations, routing, and AI that knows what to do with the data so your people don't have to.
